Consistent Massage Therapy
I can't stress enough how much consistent massage therapy sessions will help you. I constantly see people once or twice and have amazing results every session. When I see a client and they are having an issue such as neck pain, shoulder pain, or back pain, etc., one of the main recommendations I give them is to come in to get a massage consistently.
